About me
The first home I designed was for a family of small 3" dolls called "Liddle Kiddles" and I was eight. It was fashioned from an old cutlery box and furnished with a table made from an empty wooden thread spool with a jar lid glued to the top. Lamps were constructed from golf tees and toothpaste caps. Can you picture it? Through academia and years of experience my design sense and ability has since refined, but I still enjoy the process now as much as I did then. To design and create feeds my soul.
I believe the best designs are a blend of styles done in such a way that the resulting look is timeless and fresh and reflect the client's taste and personality - not mine. I am here to help you filter and navigate through the principles and elements of design to arrive at a beautiful, comfortable, functional, and inviting space. Hearing about my client's interesting lives, requests, and ideas is a fun and challenging part of my job. This collaboration and trust makes for a successful outcome.
